To design a series of three typographic posters that use handcrafted, concept-driven letterforms to promote an exhibit about an architectural topic.
The project aimed to generate interest in an exhibit, Small Home Big Life, promoting the tiny house movement and showcasing the creative mediums used to make tiny houses. Three-dimensional letterforms were constructed to take on the look of tiny homes made from airstream trailers, upcycled shipping containers, and wood. Energetic colors were chosen to reference positive feelings gained from living simply. The lighting and shadows were manipulated to demonstrate that a small home can give you a big life.
