Focus Magazine
Travel magazines often feature a surface level view of many destinations rather than going in depth on a specific place. The goal of this magazine concept was to build a quarterly collectable that shares one country’s story at a time through featuring its citizens, landscapes, customs and food. The inaugural issue focuses on Iceland and brings the pure, dramatic essence of the land to life by pairing structured, clean typography with more dramatic serifs and cinematic photography. I captured some of the snaps while traveling there.
